Application intéressantes et pratique pour connaitre le nombres de Miles accumulez. Ainsi elle offres de nombreuses promotions et avantages au prêt de la compagnie même et des partenaires hôtels, location de voitures etc. Possibilité dacheter des produits avec ses Miles bref un outil incontournable. Interesting and practical application to know the number of miles credited. Thus it offers many promotions and benefits to the loan company itself and partners hotels, car hire etc.. Opportunity to purchase products with short miles an essential tool.

I downloaded the apps one week ago and when ever I try to connect it keeps saying "error". Please make sure your apps works before you make it available to users !!!

Nice App, very usefull information. But, would be great if you can integrate the actuall flight status of my current and booked flights. So the users could better and faster see changes.

Family Membership and actual Flight-status would be useful. Also special needs for handicapped or pregnant woman availability. Etihad is a great airlines please make this a great App.

The App have problem, they dont Show me my miles

the app can not do much. why are not booked flights displayed and managed? why not e-tickets managed? if already an app for etihad guest, then so should be possible more.

...as can be. login fails. app crashes. on iPhone 5s, latest iOS. who codes crap like this?

Login not possible, buggy since release

I get this message since 3 weeks: "service unavailable, please retry in a few minutes". Crap!

What kind of a service is not available more than a month. You cant be a serious air company and treat your customers like that. Unacceptable!

The worst app ever. You have to sign in and then takes you to a web page.

Tabs below for filtering the reward shop items are not functional.

I downloaded this app in hopes thAt it would have my flight info on it. Nada! Whats the point??? And how difficult would it be to add it?? They also dont have apples passbook. Not impressed with this airline at all!!

Nice corporate colours covering up embarrassingly poor or non-existent functionality. No way to check in for or track flights / bookings. No way to check recent transactions. Sad, really sad, yet consistent with EYs IT enablement in general. Oh, wait... Do you want to buy a bottle of perfume or a scooter with your miles? Well, I have not tried (because as a frequent flier I have no interest in it), but maybe THAT works...

Application crashes frequently. No direct access to transaction history. The application redirects you to the Etihad website within the app where you have to login. The app browser is shameful compared to Safari. Why do I have to log into an in-app browser after I logged into the app? Why the extra work? Might as well go straight to the website and delete the app and save memory. The App does not keep you logged in and does not work offline. So again, I could just go straight to the site. It is a very poorly designed app. It seems like Etihad assigned this app project to someone with no vision, motivation, or know-how to build a half decent user experience. Then that person assigned the job to a bunch of off-shore contractors and you got something absolutely confusing, frustrating, and does not add any value. The Etihad High End Experience. Right.
