Frequently crashing, slow and it looks like it doesnt belong to lead airline company!

هذا البرنامج سيء جداً وفاشل ولا يعمل جيدا وقد يسيء إلى سمعة الشركة، يفتقر لكثير من العناصر كما ان الكثير من خدماته لا تعمل بسلاسة. والله على ما أقول شهيد Awful Application , a lot of bugs, slow, keeps in loading for ages and lacks a lot of essential services ,trust me it is going to reflect a very bad image of the company and could lead to critical loss in companys Reputation.

Yes I can understand that maybe people In Middle East dont use the passcode app but this app is an airlines app that means people outside the Middle East uses it so please it would be great to have a new UI and a passcode card and all it would be really cool !!!!

Nothing great. Just an untested App with poor user interface. Good luck if you get into it successfully.

This airline frequent flyer app falls woefully short of other carriers apps. It does not provide flight activity, access to tier attainment levels or much anything else.

Kindly update it , its crash when we logged in and do it urgent

Everytime I enter my username and password this app crashes.

It shows repeatedly connection errors when used with Mobile data, but it works just fine with WiFi network.

Even with good internet connection I still got no connection after log in to the program

Need passbook integration

What were you thinking when you built this app? It really takes some efforts to build useless, annoying, and trashy app like this. You cant make this crap up. Unbelievable :-(

I dont why is still available in the app store.. Just remove it already..

It tooks more than 3 month to update the app. Nothing new in the latest update. I suggest to add more features such as booking flights with miles and upgrade flight and manage the flights

What is the point of this app? It is of absolutely no benefit to the user. It does not sure any of my upcoming flights and neither does it load my familys details even though I have a family membership. Other than telling me my name, points that I have and links to its website there is little else that it provides. Useless!

Unlike Emirates app , you can not book tickets or choose seats.

you cant buy tickets or check-in for your flight and no passbook support for the card or boarding pass

I half suspect its a phishing app its that limited. As a regular Etihad long haul customer this is so frustrating compared to Emirates app or actually ANY other major airline.

This app has no purpose, I cant check my flight details, no passbook, no nothing.
