Sorry...but it keeps on crashing while attempting to connect...needs some serious bugfixes

Very basic app for "the best airline in the world" You cannot control your balance from the phone because it send you back to website. Cannot choose special meal nor account details Cannot claim back miles Add this functionalities

You cannot see or manage your reservation, you cannot check-in: basically it only says what’s your miles balance: very basic and not helpful for a real traveler

This app is always crushing, its too basic, and every action requires a lot of time! I have an iphone 5s, so, its not cause of the phone. You should fix that real quickly, nowadays we always use apps

What i can do with this app if i cannot book flights or managevreservations and check in??? Hey,,,,, we are in 2015! Hello!!!?????

Always get the apps built in error window

The app is not working

Error after error after error.... If I leave I have to log back in, no option for me to stay logged in?

Dont bother downloading... This has to be one of the worst apps out there, half the buttons dont work and it keeps crashing 0/10

Etihad needs something like American Airlines App. Not a rewards shopping mall! Make it useful for travelers by adding booking and reservation, airport information, flight tracker, easy miles redemption toward tickets and other travel services.

I use it , than I delete it ,, it need more option such app emirates and other airline....( reservation - ticking - check in ) is not there,,, its Like a shopping mall , not airline app!!!!. And its very slow

Does Etihad review these reviews ? These App is crap and needs a total revamp.They should be ashamed of the app they created for their elite customers.Thos is carrying your Logo , do you really care ????

Helped me a lot to keep track of my miles. But the members card picture in the app has to change when moving from one tier to another. Gust to silver, silver to gold etc.
